As a child in school, my favorite subject was always writing….the only homework assignment that got done as soon as I got home with no persuasion at all. I loved creating stories in my mind and putting them down on paper, which probably all stemmed from my love of reading.
Most of my compositions got good marks or notes on them from the teachers and I still have them all today.
I’ve written since, letters to editor….freelance…..poetry in a book that got published last year but when Michel Weatherall put out the call again for short horror or ghost stories for his latest endeavor called Ghosts And Other Chthonic Macabres, I thought to myself, can I? It took me a while to convince myself but finally thought, why not so I did.
It was accepted and I got published in a book that’s out in stores today 🙂
Finally after walking all those aisles of Chapters and shopping on Amazon, I too am there too….I know it’s only a short story but to me, it’s a start….dreams do come true 🙂
So grab your copy and support not only me but other great local authors who put it in their contribution as well, like Matthew Lalonde, Sara Scally, Michel Weatherall and plenty more.
The book is in stores at Coles Billings Bridge, Chapters Gloucester and Indigo Orleans, as well as on Amazon, ebook and paperback along as several other online platforms.
